We got 105 and 106 for my daughter's 21st birthday. They were both roomy and beautiful. Everything was new and clean. They light the firepits at night..nice vibe. Kesha behind the bar made delicious cocktails and was a delight..also so helpful when we forgot the code one night. The breakfast bar guy was also super friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay! We booked very last minute for a overnight get away. Hotel communicated very well for checking, check out and all the in-betweens.

Our stay was exceptional! The place was very easy to find and check in was an absolute breeze. The place is absolutely beautiful and we loved the fire pits outside. The bar also stood out to us and made very yummy drinks. We loved that we could sit around the fire and bring our drinks from the bar. The staff inside was very friendly. The room was clean and just as pictured. It is very close to all things in downtown Gatlinburg. You could easily walk but it was cold and rainy during our stay so we drove. The continental breakfast was also such a great plus and the food was delicious! We loved it so much and definitely plan on coming back. I would rate this place 1000/10 stars!
