INCREDIBLE STAY very worth the money and highlight of our trip was seeing the bears around the property! Beautiful family of bears and walkable to downtown gatlinburg. 5 minutes from the national park it was PERFECTION!

There were a few things that needed to be fixed. The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work, the google casting didn’t work- we called the number provided and the lady on the phone said the google casting wasn’t connected in general in our room, the door was hard to open, the fire place had timers at night and when they turned off we couldn’t get it to turn back on, and to the right of the couch by the lamp stand there were a lot of dead bugs- only 2 but it just showed it wasn’t cleaned in a while…

Bathroom glass doors get water all over the floor but wasn't a big deal we just used towels when we got out to clean up, and the handle in the shower kept falling off every time you turned the water on. My husband said just needed to be tightened.

There was a light in the back of the property that flicked on and off all night. This kept me up, and I had a horrible night's sleep. The bathroom shower had a broken knob.

The modern boutique rooms are gorgeous
The modern boutique rooms are gorgeous! Beds/sheets were amazing! Beautiful towels, fold out couch, 3 TV’s, ceiling fans, shower (pressure could be a little better), art work were very noteworthy and amazing! Climate control for each space. For Suite 105 I think the price was great. If we would have gotten two hotel rooms for our family of 5 it would have cost the same. The still house had a great continental breakfast. The muffins were the best! They even had hot water for my tea and oatmilk!!! The blinds are rather see through. The breakfast photos online made the breakfast look better than it was. The eggs are not real. I think the breakfast is all freezer foods heated up. Upon arrival we hadn’t yet filled out the online forms and they were almost going to cancel our reservation. So that was worrisome. The bathroom was a little dirty. Needs a deep cleaning. There was still grout from the construction. The view behind the airbnb, looking out the bedrooms aren’t the best.
