Perfect for feeling like you're a little off the main street, a little more secluded, but easy to walk downtown. Also not too high up the mountain where it feels unsafe to drive on icy roads. The Innkeeper is amazing and so hospitable! Perfect experience, my family and I would love to stay again.
It’s a great place to stay for the price
It’s a great place to stay for the price. Very beautiful area. Very beautiful property and room as well! Only issue we had is checking in, we arrived after 5pm, office was closed, no employees to be found, and nobody ever answered my phone calls or my Airbnb messages. I had to figure out how to check in by asking for help from another guest that happened to be walking around. Other than that, amazing place, beautiful and clean. Thank you.
This place was a hidden gem
This place was a hidden gem. Affordable, clean, polite hosts, tasteful decor/design, parking and a small cafe right on site, fire pits are beautiful. It was far enough away from the crowds to be quiet, but close enough to be walking distance to lots of other common Gatlinburg activities. We booked it on a spontaneous trip through Gatlinburg, and it did NOT disappoint! This will be my go-to place when I'm traveling through the area in the future.

Nice room, breakfast area and outdoor fireplaces. I will stay here again. (It is a little to far to walk to the shops and restaurants.)

I’ll first start the review with this! THIS IS NOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN, SAFELY!
I had booked this rental in hopes we could walk right to the strip and not have to pay parking everyday because someone has posted in their review that it was within walking distance, which it is but a good hike!!
We arrived day of, check in was easy and room was CLEAN!
(It would be nice to have some sort of path for guests to walk on to get to their rooms without interrupting the other guest that are trying to sit and enjoy their lunch/dinner outside but wasn’t a deal breaker.)
Cabin/rooms smelled of Cabin and that was a great touch. Smart tv was great! Was able to connect YouTube TV and watch football. Beds and pillows were comfy! Shower was great other than only one person can get wet at a time. (The waterfall head and the hose don’t both spray, so one person shower)
Fire pits and chairs were a great touch and they also have a little area to buy any essentials you may have forgotten 🫶

The hotel is pretty, clean, and relaxing
The hotel is pretty, clean, and relaxing. Room furnishings and finishing appointments were a nice touch, country chic’. However, our room, 104 was not remotely sound proof. The sound from occupants of the neighboring room was as though no wall divided the rooms, typical conversation could clearly be heard.
