My favorite place we’ve stayed in a long time. Felt like we were in a cabin on the mountain. Really loved the common area with the fire pit as well. Right by the strip - but peaceful and quiet. The beds were SO comfortable. The rain shower was fantastic. I wish every place was this good!

A fancy motel but not worth the price

Positive: The wooden/scandi vibe to the design Negative: This should be considered a motel rather than a hotel; there was no house keeping, the included breakfast wasn’t running one of the days and the days it was, it was so basic it was closer to a convenience shop.

Won’t stay again due to the toilet issues and double charge for the stay.

Positive: The place was pretty with easy check in. Negative: The restaurant was closed. Our toilet clogged and we were told it would not be tended to till the next day meaning we could not use the bathroon all evening into the next day. My husband had to go to the store and buy a plunger. I was also charged twice for the stay and have not been reimbursed and now have to pay interest on the charge.

Positive: Perfect for feeling like you're a little off the main street, a little more secluded, but easy to walk downtown. Also not too high up the mountain where it feels unsafe to drive on icy roads. The Innkeeper is amazing and so hospitable! Perfect experience, my family and I would love to stay again.

It’s a great place to stay for the price

It’s a great place to stay for the price. Very beautiful area. Very beautiful property and room as well! Only issue we had is checking in, we arrived after 5pm, office was closed, no employees to be found, and nobody ever answered my phone calls or my Airbnb messages. I had to figure out how to check in by asking for help from another guest that happened to be walking around. Other than that, amazing place, beautiful and clean. Thank you.

This place was a hidden gem

This place was a hidden gem. Affordable, clean, polite hosts, tasteful decor/design, parking and a small cafe right on site, fire pits are beautiful. It was far enough away from the crowds to be quiet, but close enough to be walking distance to lots of other common Gatlinburg activities. We booked it on a spontaneous trip through Gatlinburg, and it did NOT disappoint! This will be my go-to place when I'm traveling through the area in the future.
