Great spot! I just happened to visit during some construction and during off season when the main lodge is closed so it was kind of a ghost town. Great room though!

My husband and I drove from Chattanooga to Gatlinburg last minute to see the snow. We found The Timber at Holly Branch when we were about two hours away. The place is like a hidden gem. Secluded enough, but walkable to downtown Gatlinburg to all the shops and restaurants. Check-in and checkout was very easy. Everything in downtown Gatlinburg was closed due to the bad weather from the snow, but luckily Holly Branch has a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We were able to eat dinner that evening and breakfast that morning before we headed out. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was great. Check in was very easy. Once we arrived the room was very clean, the place is quite new. It’s walkable to town if you don’t mind one hill. Whether you walk or drive it is very close to the upper end of Gatlinburg. We had breakfast here. It was good, kind of a coffee shop breakfast and it beats an hour wait for sure. The room has a huge shower. The bed was very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.
