The Timber at Holly Branch was exactly what I was looking for when extending my stay in Gatlinburg. The property was elevated and beautiful without having to drive up all the windy roads that accompany most cabins. I didn’t even have to leave the property once I got there, as small cocktail bar carried everything we needed. The bar food was good and the drinks were phenomenal and fresh. The on site breakfast was the cherry on top. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

Wife & I stayed for anniversary. We absolutely loved it here, found it very peaceful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very laid back weekend. I would not recommend walking downtown from this AirBNB however due to the hills & not very lit up areas on the way back. Overall very nice place & highly recommend!

Loved the location of this place! You are super close to the Gatlinburg strip. It is a little bit of a walk, and once you are off the main strip, there are no sidewalks so you are walking on the road but the distance isn’t terribly far. We did see bears as soon as we arrived which was cool but also something to be mindful of if you decide to walk! We had some problems with our door code upon arrival but the couple working there were so friendly and helpful and everyone responded in a timely matter! The room looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. Loved the setup of the outside and fire pits. All around a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Timber! The room was very clean (no spots on the bed, towels, the smell was clean, etc). The room itself was nice and spacious and included a mini fridge w/ freezer, nespresso, microwave, and plenty of dresser space. The shower was huge and relaxing. Overall a very great stay and would go again!
